About
Attorney Scott D. Hughes is a former United States Marine, Military Police Officer. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a Dual Bachelors Degree in Criminology and English Literature. He also received his Master’s Degree in Criminology. His law degree was earned at Western State University College of Law, with Honors. He was a managing editor, assistant managing editor, and technical writer for the Western State Law Review.
Currently, Scott D. Hughes is a member of the California State Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, California DUI Lawyers Association, and the California Public Defender’s Association. He attends numerous seminars and events throughout the Country involving Criminal Defense and DUI. Scott D. Hughes endeavors to provide the best possible representation to the criminal defendant.
